Shipping policy

We offer a free delivery service across the UAE on all orders.

All orders are prepared by us and shipped by our courier within 3 business days.

It is often delivered sooner than this - but it's usually within 3 business days.

At this moment we are unable to provide live tracking of deliveries.

Please note that once your order is with the courier, it is beyond our control.

Whilst we endeavour to prepare all orders as quickly as possible, delays with delivery are part of life and to be expected (in exceptional circumstances).

We are not responsible for delays that the courier may experience.

Neither Little Bundles nor the courier is able to guarantee a specific delivery time.

If you would like delivery by a specific day and time, please contact us before you place your order so we can check to see if it possible - we do our best but there's no guarantees.

Refunds are not issued due to delays in delivery by the courier.

When your order has been prepared you will be notified via email.

When ordering, please provide as much information as possible with the delivery address to ensure quick and accurate delivery, otherwise there will be delays in delivering your gift box for which we are not responsible.

Please contact us if you haven't received your order within 5 days of receiving your order confirmation email.

International Delivery (outside UAE) is limited - please contact us for more details as costs vary depending on the items and destination.
